Forms Logic Monthly Updates July 2024

Welcome to the Monthly Release newsletter for July, 2024. The purpose of this newsletter is inform you of all the exciting updates that were deployed over the last month.

Product Updates

• Added a Search Bar to the Funding Blotter 

• Ability to Export / Download the eSign Counts Report  (for users that use the Forms Logic DocuSign or Signix account)

• Fax Report  

The fax report can now be exported.

Webhooks 

Provide the ability for Forms Logic to send data from workflows out to other 3rd party systems. This feature would require Professional Services engagement for customization.  Please contact Forms logic to learn more about this feature..  

• Risk Tolerance and Time Horizon 

Updated mappings that allow the following to be pulled from client profile and sent via Webhooks.  

Risk Tolerance, Time Horizon, Investment Objective, Source of Funds 

• Multiple Target Sites for Transition Feature 

Ability for Transition Managers to send data to specific organizations within a firm, as required.

• Clean Up Feature Permissions 

In the User Profile > Feature Permissions, details were added defining what the feature functionality provides. Much easier to use.

• Update to Saving changes on the e-sign / Data Role Mapping Tab 

This page will no longer redirect back to the Edit Form Workflow tab after clicking Update Signers.   This will improve user experience.

Key Fixes

· Country entered in PDF View will now show in Data View

· Authorized Preconfigured Workflow forms will now populate in workflow creation when starting from CRM Client.

· Updated the Visibility feature on the Client Profile to prevent the Owner from being listed under visibility drop down.

· Fax Set up now flows from Organization level to White Labels.

· “Edit my Profile” field updated to the user profile to allow assistants to edit Advisor’s profiles
