Welcome to the Monthly Release newsletter for July, 2024. The purpose of this newsletter is inform you of all the exciting updates that were deployed over the last month.

Product Updates

• NIGO message now shows up in Public Notes section 

  

• Allow e-Signer(s) to have same email address when signing in multiple roles.

• For e-Sign, new button to update Document Signers Yes/No flag based on if their printed name is on a form to ensure correct signers are captured.

  (Note: Click Update Signers Based on Printed Name first, then after making edits, click on Update Signers)

  

• Added New Vendor: Nationwide Advisory  

Key Fixes

• Document Signers, Signer Role, SSN Character Length is now 11 characters max.

• Issue with eSign Status Updating on Workflow Table resolved.

•  Local Time Zone is now being reflected during Workflow Validations for capture in Audit Trails.
